Diana Taurasi and Spartak Moscow defeated rivals Candace Parker and UMMC 87-79 to advance to the EuroLeague Championship game on April 15th. Taurasi put on a show with 37 points, 12 boards and 6 assists in the victory. At one point in the second quarter Diana rattled of 13 consecutive points. Sylvia Fowels added 14 points and 12 rebounds for the three time defending champions.
UMMC was lead by Parker who had 18 points, Cappie Pondexter added 16 in the losing effort.
